The staff and the owner were all amazingly nice. Our room was beautifully designed, freshly renovated and equipped with balcony, good breakfast plus safe. We liked wake-up service available.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to central Sorrento, and the staff were wonderfully welcoming. The breakfast was satisfying with plenty of options. The air conditioning wasn't functional during my stay, which made for a few uncomfortable nights due to the noise outside.

Breakfast included fresh pastries and abundant coffee, which fueled my business meetings throughout the day.

The shower was a bit delicate, and sound carried easily from the lounge area, impacting sleep quality.

The shower was quite delicate and not very user-friendly. I also noticed that sound traveled easily. I had some issues with the air conditioning, as it took time to get fixed. That contributed to some discomfort . The hospitality was commendable, with attentive staff who genuinely cared about the guests' needs.

I loved how close we were to Piazza Tasso, easy for quick strolls to the heart of Sorrento, and just a few steps away was Il Giardino Mediterraneo, a lovely spot to unwind and enjoy nature after finishing our busy day of exploring. The room itself was modern and clean with all the basics a couple needs for a short getaway.

the shower head was loose. but the huge balcony was amazing. loved the spacious room. the jacuzzi was a great bonus.
